Summary: The property was very clean and centrally located. Was a little disappointed to find out there was a loud bar across the street from the property, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up about that. Property rules stated quiet hours between 8pm-8am, which was fine, though I don’t think it would have mattered with the loud bar across the street.

Summary: We came for the festivities of the Labor Day weekend. This location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The property was very well kept, very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV in bedroom.

Summary: Wanted to stay near Grand River and this was perfect location. Walks to Fairport Harbor and views of the lake and light house were very nice. Suite had everything we needed.

Summary: We were only here Fri night through Sunday morning and we my kid is already asking if we can go back next year! The beach. The festival! The crepes and coffee!

Summary: This stay had everything we were hoping for in our vacation! The location is perfect because it was within walking distance to the beach, family restaurant, coffee shop, and other cute places. Not only that, for being in the heart of the town, it was peaceful and quiet- easy to get a good nights sleep. The owner was SUPER helpful and responsive- and made our anniversary special!! We loved every minute!

Summary: Rooms were very nice and cool and private. Communication with Verbo and the staff was excellent. Although shops and museums were not yet open for the season, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants and neighboring areas. We will share our experiences with friends and family.
